Job Description

The Incumbent will be responsible for:
Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances
Maintaining the AHT for the process
No target.
andidate should have the following:

1. Basic knowledge of Health Insurance
2. Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi
3. Should be a graduate
4. Experience in voice process preferred
5. Knowledge of any regional language (gujarati kannada)- would be and added advantage along with Hindi and English
xperience: 06 months to 1 year experienced

Shift Timing : Day Shift

No MTI Issue.
6 days working profile.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
