Supporting in customer service project where new initiative need to launch to digitalize customer journey for services with the help of IT Team. Also manage & fix an action plan for VOC feedback for all touchpoints

Skill sets required: Good Communication Skills and flexible in timings, Basic knowledge of excel

Qualification required:. Graduate or above

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
